Shipping Costs and Delivery Information
1. Shipping within Germany
We ship via DPD.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of your order:
- Up to 30 kg: €6.10 per order
- 31 kg to 60 kg: €12.20 per order
Free shipping via DPD for orders over €60.00 (gross order value).
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout.
2. Shipping within the European Union
We deliver our products to selected EU countries.
Shipping costs for EU deliveries are calculated separately depending on the destination country and total weight.
The exact shipping fee will be displayed at checkout before completing your order.
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the destination.
3. Delivery Times
Unless otherwise stated on the product page, estimated delivery times are:
- Within Germany: 2–5 business days
- Within EU countries: 4–8 business days
The delivery period begins:
- For bank transfers, on the day after the payment order is issued.
- For all other payment methods, on the day after the contract is concluded.
If the last day of the delivery period falls on a Sunday or public holiday at the place of delivery, the next working day shall apply.
4. Customs and Import Duties
For deliveries outside the European Union, additional customs duties, taxes, or fees may apply.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Transport Damage
If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please report the defect immediately to the delivery carrier and contact us as soon as possible (preferably by email with photos).
Failure to report transport damage does not affect your statutory warranty rights.
Payment
Payments are processed via Shopify Payments.
Depending on your location and availability, the following payment methods may be offered:
- Credit card (e.g. Visa, Mastercard)
- Other payment methods supported by Shopify Payments
Payment is charged immediately upon order completion.
All prices are shown including applicable VAT, unless stated otherwise.
