Return & Refund Policy
This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through the Beika Mochi online store.
Please note that this policy applies in addition to your statutory Right of Withdrawal and does not limit your legal rights.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days from the date you receive your order, provided that all of the following conditions are met:
- The product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging
- The item is in a condition suitable for resale
- Proof of purchase (such as an order number or receipt) is provided
Due to the nature of our products (food items), opened or partially consumed products cannot be returned.
Non-returnable Items
Returns or refunds are not available for:
- Opened food products
- Items that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons
- Products damaged after delivery due to improper handling
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If you receive an item that is:

please contact us without undue delay, and no later than 7 days after receiving the goods, at:

- Clear photos of the product and packaging
We will review your request and inform you of the next steps (replacement or refund).
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase
- Refunds are typically processed within 14 days of approval
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged or incorrect deliveries.

Unless otherwise agreed, customers are responsible for the direct cost of return shipping.
If the return is due to an error on our part (damaged or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping costs or provide an appropriate return label.
