Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days from the date you receive the goods, without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquires physical possession of the goods.

Exercising the Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by a clear statement (for example, by email).

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw.

We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earlier.

Return of Goods

You shall send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal to us, to the following address:

You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods:

which have been opened after delivery, and
which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.

This applies in particular to food products once the packaging has been opened.
