These soybeans, treasured for their higher isoflavone content and exceptional flavor, are cultivated with meticulous care by our contracted farmers, ensuring each bean is a nugget of nutrition and taste. The soybeans are then roasted in-house, a process that amplifies their crispiness, making them the perfect complement to the soft and inviting texture of Okaki.
